SavingYourGroceryCart Workshop – Invite me along with your family and friends, into your home or church for a fun, educational two-hour personal workshop. Get your grocery cart saved, by learning what it is that you are currently putting into your cart.
Traffic Light Eating Workshop – This is a new workshop that I offer to preschools and daycare centers. I am equipped through my Dr. Sears Wellness certification to teach families, including young children, what foods are healthy and what foods are not so healthy. Green, Yellow and Red have meaning in this area. It’s a visual way to educate.
